Establish a database for HSE performance in AFA member companies, in order to be mainstreamed as guidelines (recommendations) to be followed by members being part of the work system and to document the applied and proposed HSE projects; Develop benchmarking standards to study AFA members HSE conditions and measure compliance to HSE international standards; Raise awareness and knowledge concerning HSE fields among AFA members; Mainstream HSE-related researches conducted by AFA members individually for the benefit of all members; Prepare educational periodicals, particularly in relation to lessons learned from incidents and investigation methodology, as well as mainstreaming such periodicals among AFA members; Hold competitions between AFA members to promote HSE performance, via questionnaires and other related means, and develop incentives for companies’ competitiveness.
